WHAT ARE THE DAYCARE HOURS ?

We offer dog care services from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

HOW DO WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR DOG THROUGHOUT THE DAY?

A dog daycare is like a daycare for children, but dedicated to dogs!
Your pup will have fun with us and other dogs all day long.
To make sure everyone has a great time, we prepare daily schedules that include free playtime, walks, fun activities, sensory activities, and rest time.
In our dog daycare, we tailor each dog's schedule according to their needs!

WHAT DOES A DAY* AT WAGGY LOOKS LIKE?

Arrival & quick physical check-up	1) Upon arrival, each dog undergoes a quick physical check-up to ensure their health and well-being before joining the group.
Agility training	2) Agility training sessions allow dogs to develop their coordination and confidence by navigating various obstacles in a fun way.
Walk	3) Outdoor outings provide dogs with the opportunity to explore their environment, burn off energy, and relieve themselves.
Break time (lunch)	4) Break time is dedicated to eating and relaxation, allowing the dogs to recharge before resuming activities.
Sensory activities	5) Sensory activities such as sniffing or licking mats allow dogs to engage mentally and express their curiosity.
Free playtime	6) This time is dedicated to play sessions between peers, where dogs can have fun with each other while being supervised.
Preparation for departure & quick physical check-up	7) Before departure, a final quick physical check-up is carried out to ensure each dog is healthy and ready to return to their home safely.

* This schedule is an example of a typical day with us. The activities offered will evolve over time, but the structure will remain the same!

HOW DOES THE FIRST VISIT GO?

The first time your pup comes to visit us (or prior to their first visit), we will have a discussion with you about their personality and health so that we can offer them an experience tailored to their preferences.
Once the assessment is complete, we will proceed with the meeting with the other dogs to ensure that everyone gets along well!
Once the introductions are done, you can leave with peace of mind. At the end of the care, we will provide you with a report of the day's activities. For future visits, you will only need to drop them off!

UPDATES

During your pup's entire stay, you will be receiving photos, videos and messages about how they are doing and the activities they are participating in.
This way, you have live feedback on your dog's day and you can live yours knowing they are doing great!

HOW DO WE MANAGE MEALS AND TREATS?

At Waggy, the meal process is carefully organized to ensure the well-being of each dog.
We only provide treats. Meals should be brought by the owners if the dog is used to eating during daycare hours.
The dog is separated from the other dogs during meal time so they can eat in peace.
Each pawrent is responsible for:
• Bringing their companion's meal, ensuring it is suitable for their specific dietary needs;
• Informing us of any food allergies so we can avoid giving inappropriate treats;
• Specifying their dog’s meal times, whether it's in the morning, at midday, or in the evening, to establish a consistent routine;
• Indicating the portion size to meet the animal's nutritional needs and ensure a balanced diet throughout the day.
